Thank you for shopping with Bible Story Kids! We carefully prepare each order and are excited to send it to your family.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Bible Story Kids offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Estimated Delivery
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or shipped.
Bible Story Kids is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the package and product. We will be glad to help determine the appropriate next step.
U.S. Shipping Only
At this time, Bible Story Kids ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
